About the business and role

We are a catering service looking to hire experienced staff to come work with us. We run a bistro but we also cater for functions, big and small. We are looking for a manager available as part-time or full-time jobs with good hours and hourly pay.


Annual wages: $60,000 plus bonus

Work length: 6 days a week

In this role your main responsibilities include:

Planning menus in consultation with kitchen staff

Manage daily operations of lunch and dinner service

Recruit, train, manage and develop all reporting staff

Create and execute marketing strategy to accomplish restaurant operational objectives.

Optimizing the potential and performance of the team to consistently deliver the expected results and ensure an exceptional dining experience is delivered

Weekly rostering and ordering

Maximizing profitability whilst maintaining exceptional standards of quality and service

Skills & Experiences:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

Language requirement: English, Cantonese, and mandarin

Mature and strategic

Excellent communication, delegation and management skills

The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
