Our client, a leader in their field are looking for an exceptional Sales Consultant to join their Gold Coast team.

You will be a part of a professional and successful team who pride themselves on their reputation for excellence and an emphasis on understanding customer needs and individual buying style.

Responsibilities include:

- Meeting and greeting customers within the showroom
- Demonstration of various products to customers
- Identifying customer needs and presenting them with a suitable product showing the features and benefits
- Providing quotes and follow up to customers
- Coordination of bookings and confirmations for product demonstrations
- Participate in events (outside of core hours) as well as product training
- Assist with customer enquiries by telephone and face to face
- Monitor stock and ensure material and equipment is up to date and functional To be successful in this role you will need:

- Excellent customer service skills and be passionate about providing an exceptional customer service experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional presentation
- A flexible approach to work within a rotating roster
