A newly created opportunity has just become available for an experienced healthcare sales professional to join the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies on our journey to achieve this.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of our newly acquired Tear Sciences products specialising in innovative dry eye diagnosis and treatment technologies. Selling into both Optometrists and Ophthalmologists (predominantly within VIC but also SA/TAS/NZ), you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective selling strategies into these customer groups and provide focused sales presentations and ongoing product training and support to maximise clinical and commercial effectiveness. Key to your success, will be ability to develop long term meaningful relationships to support existing customers with business development activities to drive growth.

We are seeking someone who is just as committed as we are to patient care. Combined with your experience in either Medical Device Sales, Optometry or Ophthalmology, your passion to drive and achieve business results will be key traits to your success. In addition to this, you will offer the following:
Previous Device Sales experience OR a clinical background in Optometry or Ophthalmology
A desire to work with a small complex portfolio of products allowing you to become a true specialist of the products
A keen interest in Vision Care
Demonstrated experience building long term partnerships with customers
Excellent strategic business planning skills with self-discipline with strong organisation skills
The ability to take on board and impact technical and clinical information
A positive and can-do attitude to achieving results in a tactful manner
Qualifications in Optometry advantageous, with previous clinical experience in Optical, Orthoptic or Optometry ideal
