POSITION DESCRIPTION:

 Manage order entry nationally for Commercial orders.
 Manage stock availability, being the key contact for stock estimation.
 Collaborate with other departments managing medium density orders.
 Liaise with customers following up on spare parts requests.
 Advise customers of deleted models and direct replacements.
 Manage display orders by maintaining the display register.
 Manage customers' accounts, following up on service issues.
 Ensure all customers have an up to date library of brochures.
 Assist with staff sales and courtesy sales.
 Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
 Support of promotional activities.
 Attendance and participation in product and systems training as required.
 If unable to resolve query, direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated contact.
