Senior BDMAs a member of our high performing Northern Region Targeting Sales Team, you will be responsible for building and developing a pipeline of new opportunities and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets. You may have a very small amount of account management responsibility but the main focus of this role is to generate new business.

The role sits within our Marketing Services business. Experian Marketing Services helps clients to acquire new customers and to manage their relationships with existing customers across multiple channels. We acquire, process and manage large and comprehensive databases containing geographic, demographic, lifestyle and attitudinal information on consumers.

About the role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create and develop a pipeline of new sales opportunities inline with agreed Target
• Work collaboratively across the immediate team, as well as other Experian Marketing Services business units and the wider Experian business
• Accurately forecast month on month
• Regular, accurate and concise use of the Experian corporate CRM (Salesforce)
• Deliver an appropriate level of new business activity through internal and external networking and prospecting
• Hold quarterly business reviews with existing client base
• Champion a culture of performance, fairness and customer centricity

Key Results Areas:
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual revenue above sales targets
• Create pipeline of new sales opportunities leveraging Experian CRM, existing networks as appropriate and through industry research
• All pipeline opportunities recorded and reported within Experian's corporate CRM (Salesforce)
• Maintain a pipeline ratio of 2:1 versus monthly revenue targets
• Accurate monthly sales forecasting to within 10% of forecast submitted at the end of each month (for the following month)
• 25 Client meetings per month, face-to-face or scheduled teleconference
• Work with Manager to formulate a "Performance for Growth" development plan that addresses key performance metrics and behaviours
• Leverage internal systems to undertake biannual 360 degree peer review
• Regular reviews with business lines on the specified client projects, which highlight actions needed to ensure delivery on time and within budget
• Successful implementation of new approach/tools
• Manage own performance and take responsibility for self-development in line with Company objectives
