The Infrastructure and Urban Renewal tax team bring this to life by proactively supporting our clients to manage their tax affairs, contribute to important tax issues and challenges facing the real estate industry, and a continuous involvement in iconic real estate and infrastructure transactions.
As a valuable full-time member of the team, your impact will be seen by focusing on the provision of tax services for our real estate clients as well as collaborating with other parts of the firm to bring a whole of firm approach to assist our clients.

You will:Work with the team to advise on the Australian income tax aspects in respect of a wide variety of real estate related transactions, including but not limited to:takeovers restructuresIPO’sholding structures for inbound investment into Australian real estate (including Managed Investment Trust structures) general tax consulting/advice workAssist clients in meeting their Australian income tax compliance obligations Identify client issues and contribute to providing solutions for themBe on top of tax law change and impact on your clientsBe a motivated self-starter and strong contributor to a cohesive teamPossess a desire to grow your technical capabilities About you

You have a solid background in general Australian income tax matters, and in particular taxation of real estate and/or infrastructure investments and trusts. With a relevant tertiary qualification and past work experience, you will have proven tax technical knowledge that you couple with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
