The Opportunity:
We currently have an opportunity within Enterprise Data for a Senior Data Solution Consultant. The Enterprise Data Project Delivery process is set up to uplift cost efficiency, speed to value and solution quality for data centric projects/business initiatives. As a senior member of the Consulting function you will be accountable for engaging the business for new work entering the Enterprise Data for Data provisioning services and be the point of escalation to secure support for all consultancy activity during Pre-delivery phase
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Ensure solution alignment to delivery patterns, data policies and strategy
Support the business in ensuring requirements are clear and Delivery ready
Identify opportunities for better business outcomes & Data Quality uplift & simplification
Contributing to technology debt remediation & mitigate risks
Lead continuous improvement of services and processes

About You:
You will need to have proven experience in Data centric projects across solutioning and delivery. You will need excellent stakeholder and influencing skills as this role will see you being the conduit between the business, technical teams, architecture teams and project managers. You will also be comfortable managing multiple priorities and tasks with ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced, agile environment.
To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills:

Strong expertise in data architecture and Data mgmt.
Technical capabilities across Data Lake platforms (AWS, Azure, etc), emerging services and technologies (such as Lambda, KafKa), etc.
Sufficient knowledge and exposure to BI & Analytic tools & use cases (Tableau, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot, Python, R, etc), Agile delivery concepts and methodologies, etc
Well-developed written and verbal communication
The ability to provide expert and valued advice to support colleagues and build trust

An Information Systems/Information Technology or related tertiary qualification is advantageous.
