The Role
Our national Employment Relations practice continues to go through an exciting growth period. If you are an employment relations Lawyer, we would like to talk to you.
Working predominantly with Michael Moy, Tim Longwill and Cameron Dean, you will be advising on a variety of employment and industrial relations matters with a particular focus on the state and local government, resources, and services sectors.
Our award winning team advises and represents both private and public sector clients under federal and state workplace and industrial relations legislation.
You will have recognised experience supporting clients ranging from multi-national corporates, domestic enterprises and federal, state and local government departments and authorities in the areas of employment relations and industrial relations advisory and litigation.
As a Senior Lawyer with relevant experience, you will also have the following:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
A focus on delivering outcomes for your clients;
Confidence in building strong relationships with clients and team members; and
An ability to work well both autonomously and as a part of a close-knit team.
