Join PwC’s Risk Assurance team as a Senior Manager and drive transformation governance and project delivery.

The Transformation Confidence team help bring this to life by providing 'programme consciousness’, including insights into progress, and challenging and supporting when making key decisions. We make proactive risk identifications to help our clients avoid common pitfalls, and identify and mitigate risks before they become critical.
 
As the Senior Manager you will make an impact here by using your Project and Leadership experience in a new way; you will be an advisor and facilitator. You will have an opportunity to shape your own team and be a key driver in growing the Transformation Confidence practise in Australia.
 
Success in this role does come down to a positive attitude, hard work and going the extra mile in order to achieve. But that’s not all!
 
You will:
 
●   Partner with clients to enable them to successfully hit their transformation goals
●   Lead teams of Managers & Consultants to deliver critical client work
●   Establish key relationships with clients to drive business growth
 
About you
The brief is simple...
 
You have a 8-10 years experience in Project Management, Business Analysis or a related role within a PMO and are highly proficient in senior stakeholder management, managing multi million dollar budgets and identifying critical project efficiencies. You are passionate about leading  teams to discover their project risks and providing advice on how to solve them collectively. You thrive in a collaborative and innovative culture and want to join a firm that values problem solvers, the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and key stakeholders.
