Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or related field or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience working in finance or strategy consulting.
Experience working in the Australian market.
Preferred qualifications:
Proven ability to operationalize strategic priorities.
Excellent modelling, analytical and presentation skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences.
Self-directed, proactive, and solution-focused with a propensity for taking initiative.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. You are an experienced professional who is skilled and comfortable switching between the strategic and operational demands of this role. You will use your exceptional analytical skills and your ability to derive insight from complex data to support the development of persuasive plans that will guide the strategic direction of Google's products and specialist organization into client solutions. You will work closely with the Product Specialists and business solutions teams (Performance, Video, Display, Insights and Analytics) to lead product delivery, roll-out and ongoing operation of our strategic processes. You will have the opportunity to work on regional as well as global initiatives and with teams scattered across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and the world.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
Identify, define and drive processes and deliverables associated with strategic planning and business operations (focusing on Google’s Performance, Video, Display products).
Identify and lead cross-functional projects to optimize specialist organisation sales efficiency, improve business processes and accelerate growth through analysis, as well as operational execution.
Define and deliver analytics to support targeted growth, including cross product analysis, pipeline management, lead flow optimization and customer profiling.
Structure and package analyses, strategies and recommendations into highly effective, compelling communication and presentations for various audiences, including executives
