The Asset Integrity Remediation Team, part of Olympic Dam’s Integrated Operations group, is accountable for remediating Olympic Dam’s critical assets to ensure they provide a safe and reliable platform for ongoing production and for future growth. As a leading member of this team you will be accountable for the establishment, management and successful delivery of the portfolio of remediation projects.

This position can be based in Adelaide, with regular site presence required or residential at Olympic Dam.

In this role you will:
Promote and coach operational discipline and high performance in work execution and enhance the technical knowledge of team members
Monitor compliance of the Asset Integrity Remediation team to Group, Business and Asset level requirements, statutory legislation, and relevant standards
Validate that material risks for Asset Integrity Remediation are identified and related critical controls implemented and effectively delivered
Provide inputs into plans, budgets, and targets for the Asset Integrity Remediation Project Engineering sub-function and ensure delivery against them
Manage the planning, safe execution, and commissioning of Asset Integrity Remediation packages according to agreed scope, budget, schedule, and relevant standards and specifications
Lead the reporting requirements for the execution of Asset Integrity Remediation work packages for plant, equipment and non-process infrastructure
Be first and foremost focused on creating a culture of care by being a visible safety leader, engaging, developing and coaching your team
About You

Tertiary qualified Engineer (Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or similar)
Project and programme management experience (up to $500M) in a brownfield environment
Demonstrated experience developing and leading a team focused on continuous improvement, high-performance and excellence
Influencing skills that effectively encourage collaboration between departments and groups
Demonstrated ability to prioritise, challenge and effectively manage multiple deliverables across stakeholders
Experience working Demonstrate the confidence to lead by example, hold yourself and others accountable and coach others in ‘Safety Leadership’
