The PAM's key responsibilities include:
Responsibility for driving revenue target for Telstra including overall revenue and various Advanced Technology (AT) and Software attach rate percentages.
Development and Execution of Telstra partner business plan, in conjunction with relevant Telstra and Cisco stakeholders
Work with the Telstra to develop Telstra’s commitment, capability and capacity to meet agreed financial metrics and KPIs
Engage and influence at all levels within Telstra’s Enterprise organisation, including Sales, Technical and Solution Creation
Monthly financial and strategic reviews with key stakeholders, both within Cisco and Telstra
Provide feedback to Telstra on revenue achievements and performance and put in place appropriate actions to provide incentive or address Telstra performance.
Who You'll Work With
The PAM will work closely with the broader Telstra Partner Account Team and Telstra Offer Creation Team within Cisco. In addition, you will work with other Partner Development Managers and other Cisco Channel Team resources to ensure alignment and consistency with Telstra and ANZ Channels. You will also work with the Cisco Enterprise, Commercial and SMB Sales teams to understand their business and better align to the local business environment.
Who you Are
We are seeking a dynamic individual to help drive Cisco's Partner, Telstra, route to market. The primary responsibility of the Partner Account Manager is to work with Telstra to grow a profitable business focused on Cisco Solutions. The Partner AM will build awareness of the competitive landscape and educate Telstra on strategies to position their Cisco based solutions for success against present and emerging competitors. You should be creative and driven with social skills who can work cross-functionally within Cisco, and the Telstra Partner Team, to develop ideas, share standard methodologies and execute strong business plans for growth.
