We
are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Workforce
Consulting Professionals to join the People & Organisation Practice of PwC
Australia, located at our CBD Headquarter offices (Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne).
These opportunities exist to assist PwC with our continuous needs for contract
resources within this practice.

We
are currently seeking to speak with Workforce Consulting Professionals from
three different disciplines/functions:

Workforce AnalysisWorkforce PlanningWorkforce Strategy

Workforce Analyst - Ideal experience and criteria:

Ability to represent data in a visual and
interactive format (charts, dashboards, etc.).Experience in designing and implementing
dashboards, reports and scorecards that displays a collection of key
performance indicators (KPIs). Experience in assessing current state, designing
and implementing plans for data governance, data management, data modelling,
data strategy.Experience in measuring human capital-related
metrics, producing standardized scorecards and reports.Experience in building and analysing statistical
predictive models such as: retention analytics/attrition risk, quality of hire
analytics. Also includes analytics relating to workforce planning, diversity
and inclusion, learning, pay and conditions.Ability to plan, design, administer, and analyse
surveys such as employee engagement, exit, onboarding, customer satisfaction,
financial health, retirement readiness, and culture surveys. Experience working with and querying large data
sets to discover patterns and trends, using traditional and predictive/advances
methods.Experience analysing multiple data sets, i.e. can
model financial and workforce data, both within complex business environments.

Workforce Planning Consultant - Ideal experience and criteria:

Experience in conducting external/environmental
scans and data gathering exercises, ideally following a PESTEL format or
similar which can enable insights into the workforce.Ability to represent data in a visual and
interactive format (charts, dashboards, etc.).Strong background in the design and articulation
of the People strategy in line with the business strategy.Experience in designing and implementing
dashboards, reports and scorecards that displays a collection of key
performance indicators (KPIs). Experience developing a process for identifying
and developing talent with the potential to fill key leadership roles.Ability to develop the people strategy to meet
future workforce needs and the workplace of the future - Reviewing people
enabled initiatives and activities, prioritising, refining and testing.Experience in rethinking how and where employees
are deployed, based on competency assessment outcomes and providing the
necessary training for them to perform successfully in a new role.Experience in assisting clients to have the right
people with the right competencies and skills in place, when and where they
want them, to achieve their business strategies. Experience analysing current workforce trends,
data and metrics that are provided by the organisation.


















Workforce Strategy Consultant - Ideal experience and criteria:

Experience in assisting organisations in
identifying disruptive digital technology that has a significant impact on
their HR and People issues.Ability to review current HR policies against
organisation objectives, provide recommendations on how to update HR policies
in line with market practice, organisation values and strategic HR and Business
objectives. Proven background in designing end-to-end HR
processes, to enable standardisation, automation and simplification of HR
operations in line with local legal and regulatory requirements.Experience in the design and articulation of the
HR Function / People strategy in line with the business strategy.Experience in professionally developing an
organisation's employees, stakeholders,
