2. Give System Training (For newcomers and IPT/IPCC admins).
3. Functional & user acceptance Testing.
4. Tier 1 & 2 Support (Remote & on-site).
5. Troubleshoot problems/incidents for customers, trace and debug problems on IPT/IPCC systems, and provide appropriate logs and problem description to Cisco TAC.
6. Provide root-cause analysis (RCA).
7. Prepare and execute upgrades/migration plans on production systems.
