Working in close cooperation with local companies, Helsinki Business Hub and Vantaa communication department has been very lucrative and therefore I have been praised for my proactive ability to make visible, cultivate and develop the activities in Vantaa Business Development office.

    I promoted Finnish brands and supported their market access in Turkey. By networking, collecting and analysing information I prepared business reports for Finland. Several commercial events, seminars and business delegations were designed and conducted by me and organized in close cooperation with Team Finland actors, ministries and Finnish companies. Over 200 Finnish companies were activated to participate in our export promotion events and we organized a total of 2000 B2B meetings. As a result, new companies made an entry to Turkey with help of our efforts. I am remembered for developing new and innovative export promotion activities at the interface between the private and public sectors.

    I was actively looking for new sales points and cooperation possibilities for Fiskars in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia and Turkey. I promoted export of Iittala brand in cooperation with local foreign distributors. I created an international Iittala Sales Training-program for six different market areas. Intensive sales training resulted increase in Iittala sales in respective market areas. I worked in close relation with distributors, sales organizations and stakeholders from different countries, such as universities. In Slovenia I created Iittala Design Contest for local design students. I was thanked for my networking and communication skills and my ability to create new ideas and deliver results.
