Design – Create new designs, from idea to final product. This include designing of various structural and related components (e.g. pressure vessels, foundations etc.) and some mechanical systems as and when required.
Design & Engineering co-ordination - This briefly include:
- Keeping track of the design progress on ongoing projects to make sure it’s as per schedule.

2) Bid preparation, submission and follow up for global tenders for design & construction of Offshore and Specialized vessels. This included:
i. Tender review
ii. Prepare concept design (GA, Building specification) tailor made as per tender requirement
iii. Prepare supporting documents
iv. Support Sales team to prepare commercial offer
v. Follow up the bid until a conclusion is reached
Worked on various newbuilding tenders ranging from simple to very high end Platform Supply vessels, Multi-Role Vessels, Anchor Handling Supply Vessel until 300T Bollard pull, Offshore Subsea Construction Vessel, SURF/Pipe-laying vessel, Diving Support vessel, Seismic vessels, Icebreakers, Polar Research Vessels etc.

Project Planning/L3 Schedule preparation in Primavera.
Follow-up of project progress internally with various dept. design, production, Interface.
Project follow-up meetings with client, resolve major issues causing delays.
