Optimizing internal processes
I have a clear view of organisations and I've proven to be able to optimize processes so that they run efficiently and everyone has the information he/she needs to do their jobs. I challenge you in looking at your own organisation as well as making sure your vision of it becomes a reality.
It's easy for me to connect to people. This skill allows me to signal problems within your department ahead of time so my director can act on it before it becomes a problem.
On several occasions I have been asked to perform several coaching activities:
- coaching secretaries entering the company making sure they know what they need to do and how processes work
- coaching a reintegrating PA on planning and organizing her work as well as coaching her on assertiveness
- coaching the director on what does a PA need from her boss. What are traits that most PA's have, including the problems that might arise and how to manage those
Planning and organisation
I am experienced and skilled in planning and organisation of various meetings and small events. I have proven to be able to manage the calendar of my director in such a way that they can spend their time efficiently en effectively.
Eye for detail
I strive for perfection in all aspects of my job. This allows me to be critical on what kind of communication leaves the office. I make sure there are no spelling/grammar mistakes and that the message you try to relay is consistent and accurate at all times.
I am curious by nature which ensures that no matter the subject I will grasp the matter at hand quickly.
