Greet and, answer telephones according to the standards, anticipate guest needs and wants respond accordingly to the requirements. Providing relevant details about hotel and apartments to the guests. Delivered messages, mail and packages left for guests and hotel facilities in a timely manner. Greeted and welcomed all hotel guests with a smile. Updated team members about changes in hotel products, services, pricing and policies.
