• Manage the Control Team formed by five executives, and act as the interface between Cisco (customer) and DHL. • Monitor trends, identify potential issues and causes, and assist DHL Business Program Managers to find solutions. • Follow up on on-going corrective actions and process improvements. • Conduct regular meetings with the customer to review actual shipments status, follow up on outstanding issues and review overall performance. • Provide training to Business Unit teams to work with customers’ designated systems and develop local reporting processes. • Load reporting base data from designated systems, process and validate it, and resolve systemic quality/compliance issues (either directly in customer’ systems or in DHL systems). Produce final reports with team results. • Work with a range of DHL & Customer software applications (e.g. Inventory/Warehouse Management Systems, Track and Trace, Reporting Applications).
