    New product development for chilled foods, pies, pastries, pizza, desserts and ready meals. Responsible from start to finish. Customer wanting a product, I do my research, try out 3 recipes complete with costing, provide customer with the 3 samples to test, do our own in house tasting and finalize packaging with photos. Then handed over to Marketing department. When product has been approved by management as far as looks and taste go, trial run done in factory and same time I give training on how the product needs to be done and recipe cards for each department including production and how many trays expected from the line per hour. From these samples were send for analysis and shelf life (approximately 9 months shelf life).
