    EMPLOYMENT HISTORY & JOB ROLE CLUSTER COMPLIANCE MANAGER – Knit Cluster – 2012 July To Present In My initial stage I was looking after 5 factories for social compliance and health and safety. Then I was promoted to Cluster Grade and now I am overseeing ten factories throughout the Knit cluster at Hirdaramani Group. Looking after a work force of 12,800 plus associates as of now and have gained many experiences throughout.
