The Kraft Heinz Company February 2016 - at Present- External consultant of the Company for two months. Along with my team, we worked on the implementation of the Excellence Program for Distributors of Kraft Heinz for Latin America.

Grupo Financiero Ficohsa June 2015 - August 2015- I worked on the design of a project for the consumer and sales management.
- I worked for the increase of revenue and growth of the consumer portfolio by making a proposal of the trading strategy of sales channels and pricing of products for one of the most important financial products, to increase market share.

- I worked on the optimization of the process of sales and define the strategy for the bank expansion.
- Responsible for the productivity and growth of four municipalities in a project called "financial correspondents" in the South of San Salvador (capital of El Salvador). The project was focused on the market expansion and financial inclusion of the country, I was responsible for the portfolio management liabilities and assets (credit cards, loans, insurance, mortgage, etc).
