    Reported directly to Group Chairman •Provide leadership and oversight towards the building of organizational capability and achievement of organizational excellence through development of strong and robust and forward-looking HR policies and schemes that build & develop a competent and committed workforce. •Involve in talent acquisition and development, employee retention, labour relations, legislations, performance management, change transformation management, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits practices. •Manage critical HR operation requirements that involve change management as well as derive HR solutions. •Manage staff discipline matters timely and safeguard the interests of the Company and staff. •Support organizations and businesses to source for the right talents, to interact with people from all management and senior management level. •Provide oversight to the annual review, preparation and administration of the salary program.
