Achievement: o From 2006 to 2010, my team deployed IT system for 100 new stores, all those has been grand opening successfully. o My team support store, distribution center and headquarter Merchandising, Supply Chain and Logistic department, ensure the business run smoothly, and solve in time when there is any exception. o Lead PMO to deliver ~10 projects, sustain the business operation and bring new revenue.
