    I was employed at Striata communication as a UK Systems Administrator and SME on security for our region, working on enterprise Linux systems, this is high pressure work environment as our main clients are mostly banks and require little to no downtime. All servers are hosted in the cloud and we work remotely on the Striata systems. My duties were: • Problem Resolution - I was responsible for resolving problems and escalating to the correct technical resources I could not resolve the problem. Problems needed to be resolved according to the Service Level Agreement held with each client. • Incident Management Reports - Responsible for creating, distributing and presenting incident reports to a pre-defined list of clients during on call shifts. • Consulting on the installation of the application, upgrades and patches. • Documentation - Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to the support process, training and user manuals.

This is a high-pressure environment where I managed client’s whole infrastructures and must report directly to them.
