Being employed by L.G as a Regional Brand Ambassador was an absolute learning experience. My primary focus was the business development of the Home Appliance and Home Entertainment department. Daily operations comprised of reaching out to various businesses, maximising weekly sales and quarterly revenue, stock management, achieving key performance indicators for each quarter, training store staff of LG products and features while managing the POS and displays instore. Additionally, the position demanded high levels of engagement with customer in a very competitive and pressure-based work environment. Each workday concluded with a report detailing sales, customer satisfaction scores, competitor analysis and key improvement areas.
