    My main role was to coordinate and liaise with Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) and the consortium members (consist of two local research centres and two UK based partners). I was responsible of the following: o Support the four Lead principals in the designing of the project action plans and oversee the implementation of Y1 core activity related to field research in 36 schools all over Lebanon o Setting financial reporting mechanisms in compliance with EU regulations and guidelines, including managing local partners’ budget and financial reporting. o Setting up administrative restructuring for one research centre, including staff handbook, HR, financial and risk managements. o Drafting standards operational procedures for finance, logistic and admin as part of internal capacity building plan. o Provide support on literature review and data analyses in coordination with leading principal investigators.
