• Implement and document various HR and Administration policies, ensuring that they were rolled out across the company. • Management of internal communications including preparing presentations and company profile. • Coordinate office works and fitout including roll out of biometrics time management system. • Oversee the implementation of HRMS system. • Raising, issuing and reviewing Employment contracts across the UAE, UK and US. • Reviewing and monitoring office DU and DEWA bills, reducing office spends on telecommunications. • Handling personal property and projects of the CEO including property, transport and travel. • Resourcing and screening applicants for managerial roles with the company.
