Oversee and supervise all the departments of the hotel from 8pm to 8am/ 07:00amto 03:00pm
Represent Front Office Manager and other senior managers in their absence, taking the full responsibility of the hotel.
Perform the night audit, reconcile and balance accounts and prepare next day’s reports.
Handle all the requests and complaints from guests.
Taking care of any walk-in bookings and making Reservations at desk to follow complete Guest Cycle
