I collaborated on unit price analysis, budget preparation and monthly payment applications; prepared cost estimates and coordinated construction schedules; and performed punch-list management, warranty review and procurement. Additionally, I assisted with planning, management direction, and client satisfaction, and worked to ensure the fulfillment of safety requirements.
