- Aswer to the customer phone calls and e-mails regarding Samsung products such as ODD, SSD, SD cards, Baby phones and smart cams. Helping the customer to solve technical issues with the products (B2B and B2C).
- RMA for the said product using systems such as Vision, RBS (Voice), and 4 CUST.
- Preparing the sales order using SAP.
- Making invoices for the customer and arrange the pick up.
