I find success in what I do because of my goal to keep the customer’s needs as the focal point of every solution development – and surpass them. This is the reason why we successfully retained a highly competitive contract ($2M) at VFS Global. The solution we collectively developed surpassed customer expectations by providing the customer with extra space inside the required application centers to promote culture, brands, and the Italy Milan 2015 Expo helping the client to promote the traditional culture of Italy in China.

- Project Management: Worked with various Embassy officials/Diplomats to execute projects like facial and fingerprint Biometrics enrollments.
- Change Management: Reduced attrition by 4% and improved work quality by 45% after revamping organizational structure with senior partner.
- Business Development: Brought in new business worth $1.5M and captured 75% of the market share by renting out application center space to private vendors.
