I'm an eXperience Optimizer (XO) working in the field since January 1998 and I research, design, develop, analyze, and deliver innovative branding strategies, and interactive user interfaces for your organization in a cost effective and time efficient manner.
eXperience Design (XD) is driven by consideration of the moments of engagement, or touchpoints, between people and brands, and the ideas, emotions, and memories that these moments create. My mission is to identify existing touchpoints and create new ones, and then to score the arrangement of these touchpoints so that they produce the desired outcome - valuable and positive experiences.
To make sure that the final product does indeed meet the users needs and create value, a solid project methodology that incorporates all things needed and a firm understanding of interactive technology, needs of users and meeting them with the business objectives of the products and services. These can be, for example, logos, brands, websites, blogs, applications, mobile devices, interactive CDs, games, widgets, ATMs, kiosks, marketing, advertising and virtually anything that interacts with your end-users.
