Key Responsibilities: √ Identifies marketing trends and opportunities by analyzing and defining the total market, market share, competitor market share, and available market share by category and product. √ Detects relevant best practices and innovations from other countries or other industries and incorporate them in the business plan. √ Provides leadership and support for the design, development, refinement, and implementation of products by initiating research to identify consumer needs; develop new products to meet consumer needs; research consumer acceptance of products; work with manufacturing to identify packaging improvements, identify co-pack opportunities; develop launch market programs to introduce new products. √ Executes portfolio architecture in close collaboration with Shopper Marketing and CommEx. √ Leads CAPEX implementation from Marketing side for all new products. √ Manages project budges and prepares financial analysis reports for the top management.
