Scientific Games Instant Games Division November 2009 - at PresentImplemented the use of Device Messenger between field agents and headquarters in order to lessen the need to spend time on calls during peak hours. This allowed agents to spend more quality time with clients and as a bonus Device messenger maintained a copy of orders and this allowed employees & headquarters to keep track of sales & notes about clients .
Devised a strategy for Top Sellers which always needed a fixed amount of inventory that allowed orders to be sent before the agents arrive to customer. These Top Sellers allowed for automatic orders up to a fixed amount stated by the individual necessity of the client.
