    -Provide remote and on-site support to customers from the beginning to the end of the project.

    -Preparation of all related documents related to projects and products used. (English)

    - Preparation of training, maintenance and operational documents in international standards

    - Documentation of the modules (Validator, printer, card reader, etc.)

    -Installation / configuration of hardware, networking, software, storage and backup in a distributed environment.

    - Validator, vehicle, institution, shareholder, price etc. Define parameters via applications (Web-Desktop).

    - The settings for loading, stabilizing and connecting the versions of the devices to be used in the project.

    - Server, PosServer, ValServer, PosTCP etc. service installation and maintenance

    -Installation of software updates to the field

    - The software received from the IT department is applied to the site after test.

    - Identify and report new needs or problems after updating the software.

    - Testing of installed products.

    - Detailed testing of devices during initial software installation

    - Evaluation of the effects of device tests on side applications

    - Coordinating technical tasks with clients.

    - Evaluating the demands by meeting with the customers and transferring the demands to the Scrum Masters if possible.

    - Transfer of the solution to the customer when improvements and integrations are not possible.

    - If there is a crisis environment in the field during the period, work to ensure customer satisfaction.
