Ensuring the satisfaction of all stakeholders was the driving force of the line of business while making sure that, in tandem, the business was profitable. From weekly cadence calls, to strategizing and presenting to clients, from providing guidance and advise for training and development to creating budgets and overseeing the operations, I lead a high performing team that was enabled and tasked to ensuring that we played a small yet vital part in the organization’s drive to be effective and to have a clear and unobstructed view of attaining their goals and fulfilling the organization’s vision and mission.

    As the senior technology manager I was tasked with the day to day dealing with the OEM and supplier product owners to ensure effective communication and marketing of line of business (lob) product portfolio. I managed the team of pre-sales architects and operations to ensure that we met and exceeded all stakeholder SLAs thereby ensuring satisfactory CSAT scores on par with the greater organization. Account mapping sessions with the sales organization and the relevant client owners from the OEM was pivotal in ensuring that we increased the lob’s wallet share and brought on new clients as part of the organization’s client base.
