     Overseeing payroll for +-3000 wage employees.  Full Function payroll.  Flexi files are run to be imported to SAP, I check that all GL codes are correct and balance to Co Recon and Costing Reports. I do all balance sheet files for TMS Wages, balance GL Reports to adhoc payroll reports for the accountants and show reconciling items to be resolved.  Loading payments on the bank.  Loading, processing and balancing of garnishees as well as other third party payments.  Exporting hourly files from KLOG (Biometric Clocking System) and importing into VIP (leave batches as well as hourly batches).  Checking and balancing of all TMS wage payrolls for release (around R19 000 000.00 for a 4 week period and around R22 000 000.00 for a 5 week period)  I currently have 3 administrators reporting to me.      I was looking after 1400 employees doing full function payroll  One of the payroll companies I administered was based in Tanzania.  I've worked on BIM on a monthly basis, the report exporting to excel as well as report settings but are willing to learn more about this feature  I set up and process transfer schedules on a monthly basis  I liaise with 5 separate HR divisions and process what is needed  Payslip printing and Infoslips are one of the monthly task  Since making backups is essential before exporting salaries as well as sending an extract of a backup to infoslips, I make this one of my top priorities.  Starting a new period on VIP from a payroll point of view has to be carefully thought through and my perfection streak comes in handy when proceeding with this function.  Adding and terminating employees are part of the basic payroll functions that I have mastered.
