    Serves as General Manager for a start-up venture between CresPhil, Inc. and EcoMarket Solutions, Inc. reporting directly to the Director. SolarBIO’s business is centered on EPC of Solar PV projects (rooftop and ground mounted) and thermal biomass power plants. As General Manager, is responsible for strategy, budgeting and day to day management of the company. Is also responsible for setting up the program in preparation of proposals, project execution strategy for EPC projects, procurement plan and manpower plan to support proposal and engineering. A 3MW Biomass thermal power plant in Aurora, Philippines is in the pipeline. The project is ready for implementation, only the final approval of the tariff rate by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) is pending.
