    2007- Present PROJECT MANAGEMENT  Projects without subdivisions will have one deadline while in case of having subdivisions project could have multi deadlines according to the priority of each step.  Priority will be classified on 3 categories (High/1 – Medium/2 – Low/3) and the definition should be according to high management and strategic vision of the company and based on that the category of action will be defined.  The Architectural drawing, IT drawing, Electrical Drawing & Mechanical drawing will be made  To monitor the project / task and progression percentage will be updated accordingly.  The actual closing date of the project will be considered as End date.  After completing the tasks, review the outputs, ensure that it was as per requested quality and within budget plan then will be submitted to high management.  The Purchase Order will be initiated at-least 180 days prior for completion  To monitor the project / task and progression percentage

    KPI’S, POLICY, PROCEDURES & WORK FLOW - HR  Fully responsible to review, discuss, modify the KPI’s, policy & procedures of all departments  Established a separate team to continuously work on defining the goals of the departments, modifying the workflow charts per current needs, monitor the job description of each single employee  Leading the Performance evaluation committee which provides the opportunity to establish & clarify goals and objectives of the year against the competencies and against the task & responsibilities (TRS) predefined in the job descriptions as well the received KPI’s by departments  Emphasizing the HOD’s/Managers to review & discuss the individual performance appraisal with their subordinates to encourage transparency and positive feedback on the result & behavior of the employee

Design, manage, and implement Recruitment & Selection systems meeting the requirements of International standards. Our Moto SEARCH-CONNECT-RECRUIT  Establishing the Annual Recruitment Plan for the Group, as well as for each vertical.  Establishing & executing visa requirements, applications and allocation.  Establishing & executing an annual recruitment advertisement plan based on manpower requirements.  Manage and research existing and new sourcing channels with the objective of improving effectiveness, meeting targets, and lowering costs also building strong network.  Monitor recruitment advertisements, their effectiveness and initiate appropriate interventions.
