Routine responsibilities: comprehesive care of CDMO/partners including building strong relationships; • manage implementation of SampleManager (LIMS) as a Leader; • prepare quotations for analytical services and documentation of tests; • participate in analytical method transfer and projects; • create Empower custom field projects for all products and raw materials; • risk assessments preparation, participation in internal audits. Responsibilities as Change agent role: •assess current state conditions using Lean Tools to identify development areas and causes of inefficiencies; •design the future operational state by streamlining processes, setting KPIs and defining best practices of working; • ensure sustainability of solution implementation; • support mindset and behavior changes; •provoke involvement of people in problem solving, performance measurement and monitoring as routine ways of working.
