Professors W. Or¿owski Teaching Hospital, Warsaw January 2009 - December 2013I put all my energy to help the patients and make his or her visit in the hospital less miserable. If there was a need I solved problems, which patients may have had, in the best possible way. I also provided patients with useful information on the phone and checked them in for appointments.
I had to file records as well and I was responsible for cash register.
UEFA EURO 2012, Warsaw June 2012 - July 2012The most important thing was to make sure that everyone felt welcome. I had to inform football lovers about tickets and the stadium. I also had to hand out the tickets that had been bought earlier on internet. It was very important to solve every problem that might have occurred quickly and satisfactory.
