I worked closely with housekeeping department for the update of the status of the rooms. Also with the sales department. Because if there is an opportunity for me to up sell a guest in higher category of the room, i do it.I performed accounting tasks regarding a guest stay that includes their rooms or any other incidentals that the hotel may offer. It is not an easy job but it is the most. Most enjoyable and exciting. That is why I used to have the presence of mind and to be always updated with what is happening in the work place to give an accurate information to the guest and to point them in the right direction.
