Responsibilities: Fault registration, customer advice, transaction management. I worked with ATM programs, I recorded Atm machines technical problems. Communicated on the phone with engineers was my responsibility. Sometimes I used analytical skills to find and solve the technical problems together with the engineers. And during the night shift, we monitored the bank systems and if there were some issue we reported about that.
