    • Consolidated Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects raised from various Process Safety Reviews (PSR’s) to ensure that these projects were entered into the database and reflected accurately in Shell’s 10-year Asset Master Plan. • Ensured adequate planning of Pre-Incident Emergency Response for process incidents (i.e.tank top fire), by providing consequence modeling to ensure the safety of ER personnel on the ground • Simulated consequence modeling for new Shell projects (i.e. such as liquid loading of sulfur & venting to atmosphere) to indicate the potential impact which ensured sound execution of these projects • Supported writing of Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) report, requirements as outline by Major Hazards Department (MHD) closely tied with safety case submission
