- Provide genera; administrative support to Executives. - Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications. - Provides wide range of complex office administration and support to the Executives. - Schedule meetings and inform all stakeholder about Agendas, change of time etc. - Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up. - Prepare confidential and sensitive documents. - Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies;. - Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly. - Plans events and volunteer activities. - Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records. - Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives. - Maintain personnel records and assist with interviewing for faculties.
