    Nilfisk is a manufacturer of cleaning equipment, with factories and sales offices in more than 40 countries. I had the global responsibility for Real Estate and Facility Services (REFM). Notable achievements: • Completed a real estate and workplace strategy supporting the company's business goals. Short term as well as long term. • Controlling the budgets for the individual countries having each adjusted to a reasonable spend. • Implemented 'best practice' solutions for several FM services, such as cleaning, canteen, waste management and energy optimization. • Had many of the documents needed within Facility Management standardized making it easier to carry out large as well as smaller tenders. E.g. a standard T&C for FM services, a standard rental agreement and standard SLAs for several FM services. All adapted to Nilfisk and for global use.

    Certum Business Consulting is an independent management consulting firm. I was responsible for our Facility and Workplace Management activities. Notable achievements: • Completed a FM strategy program for one of our clients allowing them to identify and implements best practice to ensure that the facility budget, carbon footprints, and employee satisfaction could be improved. • Completed a number of outsourcing projects, including canteen operations, cleaning, outdoor maintenance, waste management, janitorial and technical maintenance, all resulting in significant savings in favor of our customers. In most cases + 40%. • Streamlining our clients' internal FM organizations and thus again reducing costs while solving tasks faster and better. • Educating our customers to subsequently carry out the quality control, which is so important for the supplier to maintain the agreed service level and not least in order be able to continue to adapt the service to actual needs.

Notable achievements: • Being able to continuously adapt the operation to the ever-changing requirements and still maintain a high profit margin as well as high customer satisfaction.
