    I look after the Extension Services and Primary Industries Advisors which are components of the Productive and Sustainable Land Use (PSLU) Programme. I support the team with financial reporting, milestone tracking, production of collateral information, travel arrangements and meeting support, amongst other ad-hoc tasks. My responsibilities not only cover coordination of our team and their activities but also has project management components that touch on our specific work programme but also connect with the wider PSLU funding programme.

    Supported the DDG on her daily activities and her long-term objectives for the Business Unit. Arranged domestic and international travel bookings, email triaging and follow-up, proofreading papers (spell-checking and formatting), Ministerial processes tracking, elaboration of infographics and presentations for the DDG to be used internally and externally. I was the main contact not only for the internal clients but also for external stakeholders at the same level as the DDG. I was the DDG’s reviewer when it came to follow correct internal due diligence in terms of accountability. In addition, I supported the DDG on aspects related to accruals, cost centre management and processing expenses for her and her direct reports. I thrive in fast moving spaces with multiple elements occurring at the same time and I enjoy very much having interactions with external stakeholders, ranging from partner agencies as well as councils and private entities related to the primary industries.
