Planning and delivery of session from grades 4-12. Organisation of sporting tournaments across schools. Motivate students to take part in physical education sessions, as this subject is still new for the students. Observe and assess students in physical education classes for development of student ability and MoE assessment. Report fitness testing results of each class to the MoE. During this post I have also completed my PGCE. Moved into a development position for PE lead teacher.

Planning and delivery of sessions on the level 4 stage of the sports coaching and physical education degree. Planning and delivery of sessions in sports psychology at level 3 and enrichment and employability at level 1 on the B-tech in sport. First marking on all B-tech modules. Second marking on all modules on the sports coaching and physical education degree. Development and delivery of sporting activities within the children’s university, held twice a year. During this post I also completed my masters on a part time bases.

Team leader to a group while completing activities. Team leader to the NCS assistants involved on the programme. Responsibility on residential trips. Creating and delivering activities to develop hard and soft motor skills and enrich their experiences on the programme.

Swim specialist and kayak and canoe specialist. Planning and teaching lessons in both specialisms. Lifeguarding and pool maintenance. Acting as first aid at major camp sporting events. I also had a role of responsibility, looking after a group of 8-10 girls during mornings, down periods and evenings.

Began as an assistant in the water with children with physical and learning disabilities. Progressed as a teacher developing and delivering lessons over differing abilities and age groups. As it is very difficult to communicate effectively on pool side, being in this role allowed me to develop my communication skills greatly.

Planning and running of sessions to the Monday night club which consisted of 8-12 year olds. The groups could range from 10-30 participants which aided in the development of my group control.
