Motivate students to take part in physical education sessions, as this subject is still new for the students. Observe and assess students in physical education classes for development of student ability and MoE assessment. Report fitness testing results of each class to the MoE. During this post I have also completed my PGCE. Moved into a development position for PE lead teacher.

Second marking on all modules on the sports coaching and physical education degree. Development and delivery of sporting activities within the children’s university, held twice a year. During this post I also completed my masters on a part time bases.

As it is very difficult to communicate effectively on pool side, being in this role allowed me to develop my communication skills greatly.
