-Responsible to conduct the service smoothly.
-Give feedback to cabin crew in case of any shortfalls or any appreciation.
-Take customer feedback and enhance the service.
-Lead a team of four to eight cabin crew members at a time.
-To ensure the safety and security of all the passengers on board the aircraft.
-Privide first aid to an ailing passenger if need be.
